Penthouse Tribeca
Das Penthouse auf dem Hope Building, 131 Duane Street, steht auf einem der letzten Gusseisen-Bauten Tribecas — einem Industriegebäude aus 1863, dessen Restaurierung den höchsten Denkmalschutzpreis der New York Landmarks Conservancy erhielt. Wir gestalteten das Interior des zweigeschossigen Penthouses in Zusammenarbeit mit Alex Wiederin / Buero New York — dessen Arbeit u.a. für Vogue, Town & Country und führende Luxusmarken bekannt ist — sowie Architekt Jonathan Schloss : 416 m², drei Terrassen, raumhohe Verglasungen mit Blick über den südlichen Manhattan. Ein Projekt, das Wiener Präzision und New Yorker Maßstab zusammenführt.

The penthouse atop the Hope Building, 131 Duane Street, sits on one of the last cast-iron buildings in Tribeca — an 1863 industrial landmark whose restoration received the highest preservation award of the New York Landmarks Conservancy. We designed the interior of the two-storey penthouse in collaboration with Alex Wiederin / Buero New York — whose work is known across Vogue, Town & Country, and the world's leading luxury brands — and architect Jonathan Schloss : 416 m², three terraces, floor-to-ceiling glazing with open views across lower Manhattan. A project that brought Viennese precision to a New York scale.
