Eden Bar
Die Eden Bar öffnete 1919 ihre Türen und ist seither die bekannteste Musikbar im Zentrum Wiens — ein Ort, der Generationen von Nächten in sich trägt. Für Eigentümerin Marion Soravia führten wir 2023 eine sanfte Komplettsanierung durch: behutsam genug, um den einzigartigen Charakter des Hauses nicht anzutasten, konsequent genug, um ihm neues Leben zu geben. Die Aufgabe war dieselbe wie bei jedem guten Restaurierungsprojekt — das Unsichtbare sichtbar machen, ohne das Sichtbare zu zerstören.

The Eden Bar opened its doors in 1919 and has been the most famous music bar in the centre of Vienna ever since — a place that carries the memory of generations of nights within its walls. For owner Marion Soravia, we carried out a discreet complete refurbishment in 2023: sensitive enough to leave the unique character of the space untouched, rigorous enough to breathe new life into it. The task was the same as in every good restoration project — to make the invisible visible, without destroying what is already there.
